The optimization procedures of stage I.

Initialize  𝑦_𝑗+1=[RLR₀,YLR₀,RLR_𝑘,YLR_𝑘,𝑑_𝑘,𝐶_𝑘,𝑔_𝑘]_𝑗+1 as well as

Φ_𝑘={0} (the first time) or Φ^opt_𝑘(optimization result in stage II).

DO the following procedure iteratively:

  Find the optimal 𝑦_𝑗+1 by solving the optimization problem;

  Compute of objective function by (8) with respect to the optimal offsets

   Φ^opt_𝑘 that is obtained in the second stage;

  Filter solutions by constraints in (8)–(10)

  Update 𝑦_𝑗+1
