Awake	0	Eyes open properly and close intermittently and rapidly, active eyeball movement, head straight, glance sideways occasionally, etc.
Fatigue	1	Eye closure trend appears, eye activity decreases, yawning, squeezing eyes, nod subconsciously, etc.
Severe fatigue	2	Long time eyes closed, hard to keep eyes open, blank stare, slow eyeball movement, head skew, etc.
