A Parallel Manipulator with Planar Configurable Platform and Three End-Effectors

The parallel robot with a configurable platform. An internal closed-loop chain playing the role of a configurable platform is connected to the fixed platform by means of six legs generating a six-degrees-of-freedom configurable robot. Three end-effectors are assembled to the internal closed-loop chain taking advantage of three internal or relative degrees of freedom credited to the configurable platform.
