	Input: Harmonic voltage and current at PCC.
	Output: Utility side harmonic impedance estimate .
	Step1: According to equations Equations (1)–(3), (5), convert and in vector form to and in matrix form,
	Step2: Select the appropriate model parameter and updating E-step parameter by iteration equation (15),
	Step3: Update M-step parameters by equations (21), (23), and (29),
	Step4: Update parameter by equation (27),
	Step5: Estimate from equation (31).
