TP (true positive) means malignant examples that have been correctly classified as such, TN (true negative) means benign examples correctly classified, and FP (false positive) and FN (false negative) are, respectively, benign examples incorrectly classified as malignant and vice versa. Table 3 contains these concepts and is called the confusion matrix.
