Tau hyperphosphorylation is mediated by the CaMKII pathway. As in Figure 4, except that the GSK3 inhibitor SB216763 (SB; 10 μM), the PKC inhibitor chelerythrine chloride (Chele; 1 μM), and the CaMKII inhibitor (KN-62; 1 μM) were employed.
