Expression of CB1, CB2, GPR55, and GPR18 transcripts in rat primary microglial cultures in the presence of the tested compounds. Samples were analyzed 24 hours after the stimulation of cells with LPS. Data are presented as the mean ± SEM and represent the normalized averages derived from 6 to 8 samples per group. The results are presented as the fold-change normalized to the expression of the reference gene Hprt1 and were calculated relative to nonstimulated cells. Statistical analysis was performed using one-way ANOVA followed by Bonferroni post hoc tests; values <0.05 were considered significant. * It denotes a significant difference versus the nonstimulated control; #, versus the LPS-stimulated control.
