Neuroligin 1 interacts with kalirin 7. (a) 293T cells were transfected with HA-tagged NL1-AB or myc-tagged Kal-7. Cell lysates were mixed and subsequently immunoprecipitated with anti-HA, anti-myc, or anti-Kal antibody, and immunoblots were probed with the indicated antibodies. Mouse IgG was used as a control. (b) HEK293 cells were transfected with HA-tagged NL1-AB or myc-tagged Kal-7 or FLAG-tagged DISC1. Cell lysates were mixed as indicated and subsequently immunoprecipitated. Immunoblots were probed with the indicated antibodies. Representative immunoblots of experiments are shown.
