NX1β differentially affects the phosphorylation and expression of NR1. (a) Cortical neurons were grown for 8 days, subsequently treated with different concentrations of recombinant NX1β for 5 min, and further immunoblotted for the detection of NR1 phosphorylation at S896 and S897.
