High dose of MeCbl ameliorated mechanical allodynia of rats following the CCD in the short term. MeCbl (1.25 mg/kg, 2.5 mg/kg, and 10 mg/kg) was injected intraperitoneally on the postoperative 3 to 10 days. (a) Effects of MeCbl on ipsilateral and contralateral mechanical paw withdrawal thresholds in CCD rats following the injection.
