Striatal Injury with 6-OHDA Transiently Increases Cerebrospinal GFAP and S100B

S100B secretion and S100B content in astrocyte cultures from rats exposed to 6-OHDA 200 μM. After confluence, the medium was replaced by DMEM 1% FCS in the presence or absence of 6-OHDA 200 μM.
