Pyruvate intracellular concentration was measured in astrocyte monoculture. Cells were treated with 1 M oxaliplatin (48 h) in the absence or presence of 10 M PNU. Values are expressed in percentage of control as mean ± S.E.M. of 6 experiments. Control condition was fixed to 100%. One-way ANOVA was performed followed by a Bonferroni significant difference procedure. versus control.
