Genotype-Dependent Difference in 5-HT2C Receptor-Induced Hypolocomotion: Comparison with 5-HT2A Receptor Functional Activity

Effect of selective 5-H receptor antagonist RS 102221 on MK-212-induced hypolocomotion in the open field test in CBA mice. RS 102221 (2 mg/kg, i.p.) was administrated 10 min prior to MK-212 injection (2 mg/kg, i.p.) and 30 min prior to starting the behavioral test. The mice of control groups obtained double vehicle or vehicle plus MK-212 administration. The data are presented as mean ± SEM ( per group; , compared with double vehicle group; compared with vehicle plus MK-212 group).
