The changes in the protein levels of TLR2, TLR4, and TLR9 in the BV-2 cells exposed to MPP⁺ for different durations. Note that there was a statistical increase in the level of TLR2/TLR4 protein after 0.1 mM MPP⁺ incubation for 12 hours and 24 hours ( versus TLR2 control group; versus TLR4 control group) and no significant difference in TLR9 protein between 0.1 mM MPP⁺ group and control.
