MicroRNA-132 Interact with p250GAP/Cdc42 Pathway in the Hippocampal Neuronal Culture Model of Acquired Epilepsy and Associated with Epileptogenesis Process

Knockdown of miR-132 and p250GAP in cultured neurons. (a) Cells were transfected with ant-132 at DIV7 and observed using a fluorescence microscope 48 h after transfection.
