GP partially abolished Aβ-induced effects on IBA-1 protein expression. The N9 microglial cells were divided into four groups, including control: cells cultured in normal medium; GP: cells cultured in the medium containing 50 μg/mL GP; Aβ: cells cultured in the medium containing 10 μM Aβ; GP + Aβ: cells cultured in the medium containing 50 μg/mL GP and 10 μM Aβ.
