Activity analysis in controls and APPswePS1dE9 mice. Animals from both groups were analyzed for motor activity (relative units) for different ages (14, 15, 18, and 19 wks) and circadian periods (D1, L1, D2, L2, D1 + D2, and L1 + L2). Male Alzheimer mice exhibited significant increase in relative activity compared to controls at the age of 18 wks during the dark cyle(s) (D1, D2, and D1 + D1).
