<div>NF-M coimmunoprecipitates with spinophilin and PP1 in the mouse brain. Spinophilin (goat antibody), NF-M (mouse antibody), and the <i>γ</i>1 isoform of protein phosphatase 1 (PP1<i>γ</i>1; goat antibody) were immunoprecipitated from wild type mouse cortical (a) or striatal (b) tissue lysates homogenized in isotonic KCl buffer and immunoprecipitated with a goat antibody against spinophilin.</div>
