Intraspinal Grafting of Serotonergic Neurons Modifies Expression of Genes Important for Functional Recovery in Paraplegic Rats

<div>Expression level of <i>Htr2a</i> and <i>Htr7</i> genes (encoding 5-HT<sub>2A</sub> and 5-HT<sub>7</sub> receptors, resp.) in motoneuron populations innervating TA, GM, and ECM muscles in intact adult rats. Expression levels of <i>Htr2a</i> and <i>Htr7</i> genes were normalized to the expression level of the constitutively active <i>Ppia</i> (cyclophyline A) gene and was presented as the 1/ΔCt value of the analyzed genes.
