Results of quantified CMR_glc (qCMR_glc) from Figure 1(a), where HAEC groups from different sites are compared to absolute CMR_glc from Hyder et al. [36] (aCMR_glc-HYD). The upper triangular half is Pearson correlation (italicized), whereas the lower triangular half is Euclidean distance (non-italicized). In the table for all entries. The Pearson correlations were highly significant, and all the Euclidean distances were less than even one despite a total of 41 dimensions’ means. The high similarity between qCMR_glc in the HAEC groups measured at different sites indicates that comparisons between sites are possible using our procedure for quantified CMR_glc.
