Electroacupuncture Alleviated Referral Hindpaw Hyperalgesia via Suppressing Spinal Long-Term Potentiation (LTP) in TNBS-Induced Colitis Rats

<div>EA restored the downregulated threshold of C-fiber-evoked field potential (CFEFP) in colitis rats. The threshold for CFEFP induction was reduced in colitis rats, indicating the sensitization of somatic nociceptive transmission, which could also be attenuated by EA treatment (a). The amplitude of CFEFP showed no significant change among the four groups (b).
