Calycosin-7-<i>O</i>-<i>β</i>-<i>D</i>-glucoside Attenuates OGD/R-Induced Damage by Preventing Oxidative Stress and Neuronal Apoptosis via the SIRT1/FOXO1/PGC-1<i>α</i> Pathway in HT22 Cells

<div>HT22 cells were treated with 8 h of OGD and then reoxygenated in the presence of CG for 6 h. (a) Cell viability was detected by CCK-8 assay. (b) Cytotoxicity was determined with LDH assays. (c) Cell morphology was evaluated by a biological microscope.
