Exercise-Induced Cognitive Improvement Is Associated with Sodium Channel-Mediated Excitability in APP/PS1 Mice

<div>Treadmill exercise redressed aberrant sodium channel expression in APP/PS1 mice. Hippocampal Nav expression levels were detected in mice in the early 12-week (a), late 12-week (b), and 24-week (c) groups. Aberrant Nav expression was observed in APP/PS1 mice with different ages, which were altered following 12- or 24-week treadmill exercise.
