Interactions between Endoplasmic Reticulum Stress and Autophagy: Implications for Apoptosis and Neuroplasticity-Related Proteins in Palmitic Acid-Treated Prefrontal Cells

<div>Effects of 4-PBA and 3-MA on the expression of FATP1 in PA-treated prefrontal cells. The protein and mRNA levels of FATP1 were detected by Western blot (a) and RT-PCR (b) at 24 h after treatment with 4-PBA (5 mM) and 3-MA (2.5 mM) compound with PA (0.5 mM) or PA alone, and <i>β</i>-actin was used as an internal control. The results were representative of at least three independent experiments.
