Diet Control and Swimming Exercise Ameliorate HFD-Induced Cognitive Impairment Related to the SIRT1-NF-<i>κ</i>B/PGC-1<i>α</i> Pathways in ApoE-/- Mice

<div>The weight gain trends of ApoE-/- mice in our study. (a) Compared with the control groups, the remaining 4 groups (HFD, DC, SE, and DS groups) significantly increased their body weight after 8 weeks of high-fat diet feeding.
