Effect of MPP⁺ on cell viability of undifferentiated and differentiated SH-SY5Y cells. Cells were differentiated in 10-μM retinoic acid (RA) for 3 days. Undifferentiated and RA-differentiated cells were plated at the same time and exposed to 125, 250, 500, 1000, and 2000 μM of MPP⁺ for 24 hours. Cell viability was examined using MTT assay.
