A representative original trace of contractions in rat uteri treated with H₂O₂ (2, 20, 200, 400 μM, and 3 mM) in the presence of 4-amino pyridine (4-AP). It can be noted the time-dependent recovery of contractions after applying H₂O₂ 400 μM and 3 mM, as well as prolonged effect of 3 mM H₂O₂.
