Phosphorylation of p40^phox in PMA-stimulated neutrophils treated with 10 and 100 μmol/L piceatannol. Phosphorylated NADPH oxidase subunit was isolated by Western blotting and detected with anti-phospho- p40^phox (Thr154) antibody. The values are presented as percentage of resting control. Control value, given as optical density of p40^phox band corrected to β-actin content, was 38.13±10.67. Mean ± SEM, 𝑛=6, ^∗∗𝑃≤0.01.
