Effects of RvD1 and LPS on the junctional localization of zo-1, occludin, and F-actin as well as the expression of zo-1 and occludin in HUVECs. The locations of F-actin (a), zo-1 (b), and occludin (c) were detected by immunofluorescence. The protein expressions of zo-1 and occludin (d) were detected by western blotting.
