Effects of WGP on LPS-induced activation of MAP kinases and Akt in RAW 264.7 cells. The expression of phospho-ERK 1/2 (p-ERK), phospho-p38 (p-p38), phospho-JNK 1/2 (p-JNK), and phospho-Akt (p-Akt) was analyzed by Western blot.
