SF down regulates expression of TXNIP, CCL2 and Bdkrb1 in RPE 19 cells. The amount of mRNA for TXNIP ((a), (b)), CCL2 ((c), (d)), and Bdkrb1 ((e), (f)) were determined by qRT-PCR ((a), (c), and (e)) and by sqRT-PCR ((b), (d), and (f)).
