Gamma-Tocotrienol Modulated Gene Expression in Senescent Human Diploid Fibroblasts as Revealed by Microarray Analysis
Based on pathway analysis, three genes were selected for validation by qRT-PCR technique. All data were normalized to the housekeeping gene, GAPDH. The expression patterns obtained through qRT-PCR were consistent with the microarray results. ARF4 (a), HSPA5 (b), and HERPUD1 (c) were significantly upregulated in γ-tocotrienol-treated senescent HDFs compared to untreated control senescent HDFs ().
