Pulichalconoid B protects astrocytes from H₂O₂-induced cell death. Astrocytes were treated with different concentrations of pulichalconoid B or quercetin. H₂O₂ (200 μM) was added 2 h after the addition of pulichalconoid B or quercetin, and cell death was determined 20 h later. The results are means ± SEM of two experiments (𝑛=8).
