Resveratrol Suppresses PAI-1 Gene Expression in a Human In Vitro Model of Inflamed Adipose Tissue

Resveratrol abolished the MacCM-dependent PAI-1 induction in SGBS adipocytes. SGBS adipocytes were treated with the indicated doses of resveratrol (Res), 10% MacCM, or a combination of Res and 10% MacCM for 48 h.
