Compared to the control group, the proinflammatory cytokines TNF-α and IL-1β were significantly increased, while the anti-inflammatory cytokines were insignificantly increased in the caerulein group. Treatments with SFI inhibited the expression of proinflammatory cytokines TNF-α and IL-1β and improved the expression of anti-inflammatory cytokines IL-4 and IL-10. Compared with the caerulein group, ^#𝑃<0.05, ^##𝑃<0.01; compared with other groups, ^∗𝑃<0.05, ^∗∗𝑃<0.01.
