Effect of PTS on HO-1 expression. (a) Dose dependent induction of HO-1 by PTS. PC12 cells were treated with PTS at various concentrations (0–16 μg·mL⁻¹) for 24 h. (b) Time-dependent induction of HO-1 by PTS. PC12 cells were treated with PTS at fixed concentration (16 μg·mL⁻¹) for different time points as indicated. HO-1 protein was detected by Western blotting using specific antibodies, whereas β-actin was detected as the control. ^∗𝑃<0.05, ^∗∗𝑃<0.01, significantly different from vehicle group.
