Antiaging gene Klotho is modulated by GOx and mediates cellular senescence induced by GOx. (a) MCT cells were treated with 2.5 mU/mL of GOx for 24, 48, and 72 h and mRNA Klotho expression was analyzed by RT and real time PCR.
