Effects of Lico A on HO-1 protein expression in RAW 264.7 cells. (a) Cells were treated with increasing doses of Lico A (1.85, 3.7, and 7.4 μM) for 18 h, and (c) cells were treated with Lico A (3.7 μM) indicated time periods. Protein expression of HO-1 was determined by Western blot analysis. (b and d) Quantification of HO-1 protein expression was performed by densitometric analysis and β-actin acted as an internal control.
