Cytokine levels in the liver grafts at 1 h, 6 h, and 18 h after OLTx. Production of proinflammatory cytokines IL-6, TNF-α, and IFN-γ in the liver tissues of the UTI-supplemented LR solution with extended cold preservation time was reduced, and IL-10 was increased significantly at 1, 6, and 18 hours after OLTx. . The data were pooled from 3 samples in each group.
