Low-<i>ω</i>3 Fatty Acid and Soy Protein Attenuate Alcohol-Induced Fatty Liver and Injury by Regulating the Opposing Lipid Oxidation and Lipogenic Signaling Pathways

<div>Effect of EtOH, low-<i>ω</i>3FA, and SP on hepatic acetylated-PGC1<i>α</i> levels. Western blot analysis was performed with an acetyl lysine-specific antibody of a nuclear protein extract immunoprecipitated (IP) with an antibody to PGC1<i>α</i> as described in Section <a href="https://static.hindawi.com/articles/omcl/volume-2016/1840513/figures/#sec2">2</a>.
