HOCl-alb induced the phosphorylation of ERK1/2 and in HUVECs. HUVECs were stimulated with 200 mg/L HOCl-alb for the indicated times and the phosphorylation of ERK1/2 and was determined with western blotting using anti-phospho-ERK1/2, anti-ERK1/2, anti-phospho-, and anti- primary antibodies.
