Effect of H2S on the SOD activity and GSH level in the hippocampus of CUMS-exposed rats. Rats were exposed to CUMS for 2 w and then cotreated with NaHS (0.03 or 0.1 mmol/kg/day, i.p.) and CUMS for 2 w. The SOD activity (a) and GSH level (b) in the hippocampus of rats were detected by ELISA kit.
