HSP27 Alleviates Cardiac Aging in Mice via a Mechanism Involving Antioxidation and Mitophagy Activation

<div>HSP27 decreases the expression of p16 and p53 in hearts of old mice. The hearts were collected from 24-month-old mice. Protein extracts were prepared for immunoblot analysis against p16 and p53.
