PD98059 Protects Brain against Cells Death Resulting from ROS/ERK Activation in a Cardiac Arrest Rat Model

<div>PD98059 decreased neuronal apoptosis in cortical brain. Apoptotic cells were induced after 72 h of CA/CPR. Quantitative analysis of TdT-mediated dUTP-biotin nick end labeling (TUNEL; green) positive cells or 4′,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI; blue) to label all cells.
