The reaction mixture consisted of 0.5 mL of 60 M ethanolic solution of DPPH and 0.5 mL of various concentrations of sample solution. After allowing the mixture to stand at room temperature for 30 min, the absorbance of the remaining DPPH was determined at 517 nm. Trolox was used as a positive control. |
