ROS mediated Cuc B-induced DNA damage, autophagy, and apoptosis. Cells were pretreated with NAC (2.5 mM) for 1 h followed by cotreatment with Cuc B for 6 h, and the expressions of DNA damage related proteins (a), autophagy-related proteins (b), and apoptosis related proteins (c) were detected by Western blot.
