COM affects CaSR protein expression in HK-2 cells. (a) Cells were induced by COM (0, 33.5, 67, 134, or 268 μg/cm² of cells) for 6 h, and then CaSR protein expression was examined by western blotting. (b) Cells were treated with COM (67 μg/cm² of cells) for 0, 3, 6, 24, and 48 h, and then CaSR protein expression was examined by western blotting.
