Effects of different long-term treatments on the cell viability and of proliferative ability in MCF-7. (a) Cell viability was determined by SRB assay. (b) Proliferative ability of MCF-7, MCF-7/ADM, MCF-7/ROS, and MCF-7/GSH cells was analyzed by BrdU incorporation assay. MCF-7 cells were treated by replacing the culture medium every other day for 20 weeks. Group design and statistical analysis refer to Figure 3.
