Deficiency of HDAC6 accelerates intracellular ROS generation in response to HI. The PC12 and PC12/siHDAC6 cells were treated with HI for 24 h. Ctrl express vehicle-treated group. Changes in the intracellular DCF fluorescence value and the percentage of cell with fluorescence can be detected by flow cytometry.
