The effect of unroasted well fermented (UWF) nibs and roasted well fermented (RWF) nibs extracts in cell control (a). UWF cocoa nibs (b) and RWF cocoa nibs (c), after forty-eight hours on viability A549 cells after exposure using MTT assays.
